  • What are the operating hours of Tezted Oy?
    Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00 (UTC+02:00 in the winter; UTC+03:00 during the summer).
  • What tick-borne diseases does TICKPLEX test for?
    -TICKPLEX BASIC: Borrelia afzelii, Borrelia burgdorferi, and Borrelia garinii infections -TICKPLEX PLUS: Including TICKPLEX BASIC tests AND co-infections (Babesia microti, Bartonella henselae, Ehrlichia chaffeensis, Rickettsia akari), and opportunistic infections (Coxsackievirus, Epstein-Barr virus, Human parvovirus B19, Mycoplasma fermentans and Mycoplasma pneumoniae).
  • Is TICKPLEX CE marked?
    Yes. In addition, our quality management is certified an ISO 13485:2016 *CE marking is a part of the EU’s harmonisation legislation, which is mainly managed by Directorate-General for Internal market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs. The CE marking for Restriction of Hazardous Substances is managed by Directorate-General for Environment.   • How can a patient order TICKPLEX?
    It is important for patients to notice that TICKPLEX CANNOT be purcahsed directly from Tezted Oy. The patients can easily order TICKPLEX products through our partnered laboratories depending on where you are located and most convenient for the product shipment.
  • How do patients know the lab test result and how long normally does it take?
    Our partnered laboratory that the patients order TICKPLEX will be responsible for the result. It takes approximately 7 business days that the result is ready.
  • Does the insurance reimburse the patients for the costs of TICKPLEX?
    The patients should contact his/her own insurance for the reimbursement policy.
